- Q1. I need to ship a letter / parcel to my relative/ business, how much does it cost?
A1. The price of the shipment depends on the following:
- The weight of the package / parcel,
- The dimensions (L) x (W) x H) of the package,
- What is the ship to address (Zip),
- How urgent is the shipment?
- Q2. Is there an extra charge for Saturday / Holiday delivery?
A2. The US Post Office does not charge for Saturday delivery. US Post Office does not deliver during holidays.
Carriers like (FedEx, DHL) will charge extra for Saturday or holiday delivery.
- Q3.I need a box to ship some items to my relatives overseas. What size boxes do you have?
A3. Items can be shipped overseas via US Post Office or International carriers like FedEx, DHL.
- For US Post Office the Box size should be (L) 16 x (W) 16 x(H) 15 inches. The Length + Grith ((L) +2 x(W)+ 2x(H)) should equal 79 Inch for Priority Mail and 108 inch for Express Mail.
- There is no box size restriction for shipments through FedEx / DHL for overseas shipments.
- Q4. I am expecting a parcel delivery at my home. I am not going to be at home to receive the parcel, can you receive the parcel at your store and I can collect it on my way home?
A4. We can receive parcels at the store. You must inform the store that you are expecting a parcel and provide valid photo ID when signing and collecting the parcel from the store. There is a $1.50 fee for each parcel received for non-mailbox customers.
- Q5. I want to ship used clothing, electrical items, new computer and some food items to Mexico, Can you ship these item for me?
A5. NO, the above items are on the prohibited Items list for Mexico and therefore we cannot ship these items to Mexico.

- Q6. Can I get tracking information for my shipments?
A6. Tracking information is automatically provided for FedEx, DHL and US Priority Mail /International shipments. There is an additional charge for shipments via US Post Office for non-priority mail shipments.
Q7.Is it necessary to buy insurance for my shipment? How much does it cost to insure my shipment?
A7. Shipping Insurance covers damage to items or if the item is lost during shipment.
- International Carriers FedEx, DHL provide the first $100 insurance for free as part of the shipment. If you wish to insure your goods for over $100, then you will have to purchase additional insurance during shipping. Additional insurance is $1.75 for every additional $100 (i.e. If you wish to insure your item for $300. the 1st $100 is free and you will pay $3.50 for the additional insurance).
- The US Post office does not provide free insurance, if you wish to insure your shipment, you need to purchase additional insurance at $100 increments.

Q8. I am moving, I want to ship some furniture to my new home, and can you ship my furniture?
A8. YES, we can arrange to ship your furniture through FedEx Freight (LTL).
Q9. I run a small home based business. I need business services like Fax, email, internet access, mail receiving, notary, coping, packing, shipping, parcel receiving services, Does your location provide these services?
A9. YES, we do provide these services at our local store at a reasonable price.
Q10. What other business services does your company provide to local community, and businesses?
A10. We also provide Business Consulting services through VCONSULTINC (a subsidiary) firm to businesses. Q11. Can I send / receive money from other countries from your store?
A11. Yes. We have MoneyGram services at our store and you can send / receive money at our store.
